Our Process
Our process begins by first connecting with the community and gathering information.
Learn about all phases of our process from the initial community survey to the final impact evaluation by clicking through each picture below.

-
1. Community surveys
We start by getting input from a diverse range of community members about the accessibility and reliability to electricity in their schools, clinics and homes.
-
-
2. Planning
Based on the results of the community surveys project sites are selected with an emphasis on
maximizing the impact of our projects. -
-
3. Procurement
The solar array is designed based on the electrical requirements of the school, clinic or home and the materials are purchased and delivered.
-
-
4. Installation
Our team of experienced technicians installs the solar system and data logger so it can be monitored for performance and any issues in real time.
-
-
5. Commissioning
Commissioning of the plant covers the complete installation of PV Modules with inverter and the system is further connected to UPS and Power battery banks which are finally connected with the power consumption equipment's as per electrical circuit diagrams
Safety ( internally & externally ) is our prime responsibility while commissioning of the plant successfully for daily Power usage by Schools / clinics / MFI customers
-
-
6. Data Logger Installation
Data loggers are electronic devices which automatically monitor and record power generation, use and any problems with the system in real time. This helps us ensure that the solar arrays are functioning properly and are providing the power the schools and clinics need.
-
-
7. Handover
After commissioning the solar array is handed over to the school or clinic administrators at no cost. For homes and businesses small monthly microfinance payments are made for 6 months.
-
-
8. Impact evaluation
Community surveys are initiated 6 months and 12 months after the installation to get
feedback on the efficacy of the project.
