The Pahari and Chakar Fields Solar Village Project

In the September of 2017 Solar Village Project brought light and power to 2 new villages in India. The first village is called Chakar Fields in Bihar located near the other 3 solar village projects already implemented there.  The second village is called Pahari was our first solar village project in the state of Uttar Pradesh.  Each village has over 100 homes with a total population of over 1000 people.  As always every home in both villages will receive there very own set of 2 lights capable of brightly lighting up their homes at night.

Before these projects the people of these villages relied on kerosene and candles for light at night.  Now they not only have ample clean bright light to work and study by when the sun goes down they have the added advantage of being able to charge their cell phones in their homes.
